SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all orders the next business day after the order is placed except for custom made orders or print orders requiring framing. 

FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING. *We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 up to 5kg.

*PLUS many other global locations are now available for free shipping. If you are not sure if your country applies, please contact us. 

For Express shipping we apply $30 on all orders.

FREE LOCAL PICK UP FROM THE STORE.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to contact us via info@imagine-that.com.au to request your return.

If your return is sent back without being requested, we are sorry but it will not be accepted.

You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns*unless item is faulty which will result in initial shipping being refunded.

Goods returned need to be received in original condition and fit for sale with all swing tags and original packaging. Goods not in this condition will not be accepted.

Strictly no refunds/exchanges/store credits on sale products or gift cards

If you have any questions about whether your item is returnable, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY? 

Please note: Due to being a natural product each cowhide may vary with its own branding, unique shape or other markings. Please be assured these are not imperfections or considered faults rather they are distinctions that the hide is authentic.

Should an item arrive that is deemed faulty, please email us at info@imagine-that.com.au with details and photos of the fault within 1-2 days of receiving your parcel.  We will meet our obligations under the Australian consumer law which may include replacing, repairing, or refunding once we receive the item back.

Refunds for the cost of initial shipping will be given when the product has a proven manufacturing fault.

 

I'D LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are happy to exchange items where possible unless they are On Sale items. Please email us within 2 days and we can hold the item until we receive your returned item. You will need to include a self-addressed satchel or will be charged standard shipping cost. Please ensure all items returned are in original condition.

 

WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM IN STORE

We are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange on purchases in store, we do not offer refunds in store unless faulty.  All Sale items are final, and we do not accept SALE returns in store.

 

All refunds, exchanges and store credits are issued within Australian Consumer Law.
